What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Name and email address (required)
- Company name and phone number (optional)
- Service interest and message content
We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address as part of this verification.
Separately from the contact form, our website analytics (Plausible) collects aggregate, non-identifying usage data as described under Cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your data
We use contact form data solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Provide quotes and deliver services you request
- Maintain records related to our business relationship
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to stay in touch.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries) and, where applicable, contractual necessity when you engage our services.
Data retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a business relationship is established, in which case records are retained as required for legal, tax, and contractual purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not show a cookie consent banner for analytics.
We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted at analytics.ljcybersolutions.uk, to understand aggregate website traffic (for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from). Plausible is designed to be privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies for tracking, does not build cross-site profiles, and we do not use it for advertising.
Plausible may process limited technical data such as the page URL, referrer, browser and device type, and a coarse location derived from IP (country/region level). We use this on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used so we can improve it and our services.
