Up to 90 minutes focused on one agreed Linux, Docker or hosting problem. The session covers investigation, safe fixes achievable within scope, and written findings and next steps.
Enquire about troubleshootingDescribe the issue first so I can check the fit and agree the session. A complete fix is not guaranteed within 90 minutes; you get the findings and a plan for any further work.
Additional work is £95/hour, billed in 15-minute increments (£23.75), with your approval before exceeding the agreed scope or budget.
Sessions are scheduled by agreement. This is not emergency incident response or a promise of immediate availability.

Describe a one-off problemNo. Response expectations and availability are agreed before starting. This service is for planned technical support, not a 24/7 helpdesk or emergency incident response.
Additional work is £95/hour, billed in 15-minute increments (£23.75), with your approval before exceeding the agreed scope or budget. The monthly package includes up to two hours, and unused time does not roll over.
